I have been following the delayed progress here for years and so have many others. See the news release 4-20-15

2nd paragraph, it says it there, at noon or about noon, shares were released Friday. Who knows where the shares came from, anyone sell here, if they did it was at a considerable loss. It is stated they are ready to add shareholders value and move into a profitable reporting direction.
