I AGREE WITH YOUR ASSESSMENT! I was only focusing my valuation primarily on the value of Besado! Your valuation represents more of the true value!

I would say it's closer to 25MM .. 30MM.
BESADO may be the flagship. But DKTS also has DZIAQ, which we were told had already some revenues in the past.
And there is this Arcangel champagne brand.
Put this together with the 5MM credit facility and it will come closer to the real value.
