A mere 1 for 10 reverse spit would leave Jt with 280 million shares. 280 million restricted shares. With a reverse split, JT would watch the value of his shares drop, along with ours. Because the CEO is the largest shareholder, I find it unlikely that JT wants a reverse split any more than we do...

He would be far better off to use about 2 billion of his shares and a boatload of preferred shares to get the merger completed. By doing that he would still have 800 million shares and he could enjoy watching them increase in value - along with ours!

If you were JT, what would you do? Have 280 million shares dropping in value? Or, have 800 million shares increasing in value?

Jmo - a reverse split is unlikely... JT will act in his own best interest - which will likely benefit all of us.
