NO, Not LOTS! Very few do it! Been trading for over ten years down here, and I personally have not met one person who does! It it very very costly to do so. Most shorting goes on on the big boards not down here by the retail investor. You see these posts constantly on Ihub, it is again one of the scare tactics used by some and also one of the myths. Not to say it does not take place at all but it is rare. Also some of these short sale sites people constantly post are not at all accurate, no where near the truth in numbers.
