Say what? BK? Probably not. But no M&A. Surely you see that. $40 million in the hole? Who would take that on? A business that loses millions each year and dilutes at $.00001 to fund it?

Retail is the majority holder now. And they don't put out news. It's a shake down of retail by death spirals.
