No, I know what I am talking about. Many contaminated sites go without cleanup for years. Sometimes never....they fall through the cracks. The State and Federal environmental agencies have to prioritize who they go after with the limited funds they have at their disposal. Anybody who thinks all contaminated sites somehow magically get cleaned up is not familiar with the way it really is.
