IMO if the FDA had rejected then ADMD would have had to let shareholders know due to legal matters within 3 - 5 biz days and a filling would be out already on that subject. the company knows if they let the stock run while withholding this news would land them in jail or serious trouble with the SEC since they are a reporting company. So it is MHO that either ADMD has gotten approval already or is waiting to hear from the FDA on the matter anyday now. now this being said ADMD has been cleaning up the balance sheet for a reason and IMHO its because they have approval and want the stock to be at its full value with out any underlying issues with debt holders...
