We've had no press releases since Aug/13, they have not done anything to their website since they bought the Mainstreet chamber (also August) and now we find out that the main company that drove the value of this stock was sold to UBQU late last year. The question was whether the sale was legitimate, shareholders should have been informed or at least disclosed the terms.

I have not received a response from GLCO in 5 months from their "contact us". It seems that they took their money and became UBQU over night and are starting a new pumping scam.
