Funny how the story changes but the reality is once off patent, it was all over for that agreement per the filings and nothing you've posted changes that of course no matter how anyone tries to spin different corporate entities and such. We go the last filing. The company was finished, the stock delisted, and haven't heard one word about any restructuring. Now silence and lack of transparency is being spun as proof something still exists. Yeah right. JMHO as always.
