PVECD Debt goes to the new company. It's a merger and the new company has to also absorb the debt. One can't just throw a new company in here and remove debt. They can and did reverse split however to help the company for the short term. This company still has to buy out or negotiate debtors if the debt holder even wants to negotiate. ALL TRUE even if some can't face reality here. FACT so be careful of the huge dips coming!
