We have a very nice Bullish Engulfing Candle here. Especially closing near highs, we'll have to hold .0124 and rally to close out next week over .018 for the following to be a break to the 50 week MA @ .0242 or higher.

IF something kicks us from the bottom by way of more good news, we'll see .025+ by end of next week instead of the following.

If's & maybe's become confirmed in time.
