The Philippines is one of the richest countries in the world in natural resourses. I have been in the domestic airport there when they offloaded a load of gold mined from the mountains in the Luzon Province. The only problem with a filipino mining company is that they (the people running it) get rich, not you, the investor. You are either filthy rich or dirt poor there. No in between.
