What assets are in Alonzo's name? He can be.......

the managing member of an LLC, but that doesn't make the assets his. He put out a false PR. Leverage that. Posting about it on the board won't resolve that issue. The trademark still belongs to TSB.

There is a team in Florida ready to move at the appropriate time because he helped Huffman steal and Alonzo destroyed the assets of TEXX.

Get things in order now and he can't steal the assets. The corporation owes you money and the loan is in default, right?

Well.....you lenders need to bust a move! He's not simply "make things right", regardless of what "Tweet Lou" says.

You can get an injunction against his sorry a$$ fairly quickly and for a few grand. Plus you can get those fees back. You may even be able to freeze the assets since the loan is in default and he lied in the PR.
