So far here are the highlights:
We know Juanny Boy sold 42 million shares in 2014
To date in 2015 he sold another 20 million in at least 13 separate transactions...he does about one a week.
There are another 65 million options .006 waiting to get blown out
Juanny Boy knows the market is watching his share giveaways so now he's using extensive debt as evidenced in the last Q of 2014. These will never get repaid and will convert into shares.
Juanny Boy defaulted on the farm acquisition that bagholders were drooling over last year. The owners realized Juan was a joke and knew he could never close. They're dealing with somebody else and Juan thinks he'd going to sue to get it back...nice work Juan. The palm oil and coffee companies did the exact same thing to Juan when they realized he is a bumbling idiot with a bag of shares.
He's defaulted on a number of debt commitments most notably with KBM which in turn got a 150% increase in the debt outstanding (cost him $50,000). No big deal for Juanny as he'll just give them more shares.
John always looks after himself...even before he a submitted for permits he thought he should grant himself a five year mining "Royalty Agreement". Atta boy Juan.
I won't even mention the Pref Series A and B...I can't stop laughing.
