In any case, by the time Fan got hold of QTN, the station was tainted with Frank's past dealings and reputation. What was there left to save? Why was it the responsibility of the gay community to come to the aid of QTN? It wasn't - it never was.

It was the responsibility of Frank to make a good name for the station. He didn't. He did the worst thing possible for QTN - he tainted it with his bad reputation.
