750 Million and 500 or so Million Encounter Tech Inc shares are 1.2 Billion

and 1.4 Billion and 2.1 Billion are 3.5 Billion

and at .50 @ 90/10 split NPT is at $5 and Encounter is at $45 price can vary...

Which means you have to find 250-300 Million shares and clear 1.22 Billion ENTI to equal the... 1.469 Billion with paper...

If the 750 Million shares are venture shares in DUTV ? If Torq remains unreleased and 300 Million that went and came back at DUTV is connected? You need 250-300 Million DUTV shares... which leaves the 2.1 Billion restricted.


Can it all flow with paper maybe... but those 1.469 Billion are a problem if headed to Blue Bull with 2.1 Billion DUTV control shares. Controlled slaps of the 1.469 Billion could maintain the margin for while. All depends on news, volume and BIG Fish feeding cycles...imo


$5 and $100 will happen...imo Need the REIT though before Jan 1.
