Just got off the phone with IR. Very nice guy (Rick). He was honest and said that he could not give a timeline for when the next PR will be, however he did mention that the company is remaining active and that he did not think a R/S was going to happen. This is one of the first times IR for a penny stock has returned a phonecall and sounded like a smart and genuine person. Just being honest. Good sign IMO.
