You're missing the point. A company located in Country A conceives a product that after much research, will be compatible with similar products in numerous other countries around the world.
Then that company sets out to start testing that product in those numerous countries across the world.
The first target fleet for testing in Country B, aka Mexico, the product works great, no alterations after testing are needed.
A sale is made.
The second target fleet for testing in country C, aka Poland, they find after market modifications were made to that target fleet. Now, they work on alterations. A sale can still be made.
