Lying and deception is something which is certainly not new to this company but after Bordyniuk's fraud which was so severe that it required a permanent injunction enjoining the company from committing further acts of fraud to be entered. Shortly thereafter Mr. Heddle hides the fact that the plant is down and the scam processor is broke. I think Heddle is slightly more cautious than Bordyniuk as he has more to lose, but in my opinion this is certainly enough for the SEC to bring another action, perhaps this time it will be referred for criminal prosecution also.
