As you talk about settlements and 2 million dollars seized and thinking if indeed there was ever 2 million seized a settlement making you enriched again, think about Enron.

These Pink sheets in the Grand Scheme of things are only a nuisance to regulators. While 2 million may seem like a lot to you in the Big Picture it is just a drop in the bucket.

Enron shareholders lost 100s of millions and many years later recoupment was very little to none for many.

FSPM needs to trade again that is about the only chance to recoup any losses I am afraid
