In the 10 years you have you ever seen a regulatory agency neglect to enforce their own regulations?
Have you ever seen a listing of a company on the CSE who had an active CTO?
Have you ever seen another company get a CTO based solely on the address of the investor relations person?
This is not about my opinion.
It is about my question.
Will the CTO (if active) stop the listing from being approved?
So far the answers have been the CTO is worthless
The CTO will be gone in a week or so
The CTO was only because of the IR.
But I have not heard an answer that simply says yes or no a CTO will or will not effect the listing.
Do you know?
