Do you all realize that the Authorized Share amount here is 10 BILLION and they have 192 million outstanding? They are just going to continue issuing more stock until either the r&d fails or they have none left. Just perused the 8k. It's pretty telling.

Why can't we hold companies to more transparency? An investor shouldn't have to dig so much to find accurate info...
