MJNA were Foolish to Add Project CBD


to their sham of a lawsuit. Not only does it shift the burden of proof but Project CBD is well regarded in the marijuana activist community. As a mater of law MJNA needs to prove not only that what Project CBD published was false and injurious but also that Project CBD knew (or should have known) it was false and published it anyway. As a matter of publicity MJNA was already viewed with a certain degree of loathing by large parts of the pro pot movement, using a lawsuit to harass Project CBD will only make that worse.
