Any mention of the rescinded reverse split?

I've been at all-day seminars this week, and haven't had the time to download or read the complaint for this case or the anti-SLAPP motion filed in the CannLabs case (I assume that's the motion dated 4/28).

Is there any mention in the complaint about the reverse split that was implemented by Perlowin in 2008 and then rescinded by MJNA management in 2013 when they had determined that the vote on the RS was incorrectly done?

Since MJNA filed that form, I've wondered how or if it would be corrected.

Finally, it appears that some have access to the complaint, is there a link to a free download?
