Dave and Rob, I fully understand who is possibly selling it was just against the theory we will be aquired right now. Everything here is speculation but I doubt that point very much for the moment. Robsaia was right with his comment about more and more raised eyebrows. This company has very likely very good legal advisors and if they already bought pasta italiana, we should see an 8-k latest next week. No pr probably again but this is material and absolutely a must. No 8-k, no aquisition and no bb-listing, that´s for sure. I also doubt, Joe knows what he is doing in the meantime, it seems to be more and more stubborness, hope it´s not the one coupled with senile. No inch away from a plan is an overkill in businesss if not eveything goes straight on. We are at a point, where we can still call for patience but if nothing comes from them, we will have a few very ugly weeks. The questions from the SEC are very specific, ivfh knows for a very long time what they want. This company has to fix this mess now.
