Yes. And that's a giant red flag. CP Incorporated and the supposed OTC Exchange are controlled by none other than John Jarvis, who had a hand in AVLS years ago. He may still own the shell.

Back last fall, Jarvis, who's a well-known penny scammer, got together with the people who own the GRCV shell. Those people would be John Correnti, Dominick Falso, and Cortney Talley. The Man Behind the Curtain is Michael Zoyes. Zoyes is Talley's father; he stays in the background because he's done two prison stretches for fraud. So hooking up with Jarvis--whose brother Nick is still in the slammer for his role in the Grifco scam; it's amazing John wasn't nailed in connection with that one--laid the ground for a potentially spectacular fraud.

It appears that neither side had been entirely honest with the other. Certainly Jarvis hadn't told the Zoyes Boyz that the OTC Exchange, for which he offered a number of photos filched from the website of a Chinese company, was nonexistent. Just a fantasy.

In February or so, GRCV ditched Jarvis and the OTC Exchange. And now they've turned up again at AVLS...
