I think we know that answer. They will release as little as possible... UNLESS they'va already secured buy-ins in the other blocks, which is HIGHLY unlikely.

There was never a doubt that the PR would be useless... except that they released one that claimed there IS oil. The fact that they didn't say dry hole is huge. I expected them to try that.
