This is an interesting company ..very undervalued..because of the pressure of the convertibles for some time..but that is almost coming to an end..I rarely hold long time ..except in rare and potential companies.. and this is one..

Boreal Water Collection Completes $24 Million Private Label Agreement In Asia With SOHO Corp And Receives First Order For Its Catskill Mountain Spring Water Under The Brand Name CATSKY..has received all the necessary approvals from the Chinese government to import "Boreal's Water" product in large quantities. The total value of this agreement is approximately $24M over a 36 month period....starting from Sept. 15, 2014.....

..How much should the Boreal PPS be at just with this one deal/Contract?...and we have not taken into account the host of other agreements..$$$$ will flow into this ..soon..


Tentative Valuation of BRWC PPSTaking into account some Revenues....thanks to a poster whose name/avatar who i fail to remember..


According to the Amalgamated Revenues ..BRWC should be .25 to .50..

Based on the two separate contracts:

Catsky - $24M over three year period. That is $8M per year.
Vanguard - double of 2014 revenue is $4M. That would total to $12M.
In addition, US sales revenue would get us to $14 or $15M for the full year.

For a company with almost $15M in revenue, the PPS should be @.25 to .50 at minimum.

..and we still did not take into account the other contracts....

Boreal Water Collection, Inc. is actively involved in finalizing other Asian deal. That information will be updated to the public as soon as they are completed. The company also plans to release information on its expansion overseas in the very near future.
