Dividends again?

Hello, I am new to this stock, stocks in general, and this board. I am an XLPI stock owner as of this last Thursday.

Spent some time today with DD and am completely confused. I THINK I have figured out that XcelPlus Int'l formed a new corp a couple of months ago to serve as the principle holding company that will be known as Xcel Plus Global Holding Co...and that Xcel Plus Global Holding Co will essentially be the parent company for Xcel Plus Int'l, E85 Conversion and Lube Center, Xcel Plus Asia Pacific and the Flextel deal that is almost finalized.

How am I doing so far??!!

Did the new 'parent' corp come about by merging with E4 World or ???

Is there more than one stock symbol currently being traded for these companies or only XLPI.PK ?

And my very last question....what's the deal with the multiple dividend distribution? Stock dividends were just recently distributed for stockholders as of April 7th....and I see a statement announcing all shareholders as of June 30 will receive new issue restricted stock dividends?
