If you're looking to pick up a few million in the 2's, I'd suggest placing an order before the market opens. BMAK and VFIN will see it and since they still have a few million to dump, they just might hit your bid. That way they know exactly what they'll get for their shares. Of course this is just my opinion and they may decide not to dump on your bid.
