If the company is trying to hide the fact that now surplus Newey product is being dumped, it might explain the misleading information denying that this is actually Capstone Lighting material.
Saying, in effect, "It's not our product since we no longer market under the Capstone Lighting brand" That's a bit disingenuous, and rather flaky
If I remember correctly, Stewart mentioned that they would not be introducing any new product under the old label to avoid confusion/conflict with the new Hoover label.
And this would also indicate that the site you uncovered is disposing of old product rather than the new stuff.
