Had my friend/attorney contact JT..my friend much more educated in this arena than me and more familiar with details, I listened in for twenty minutes and JT did not dodge any questions,very honest and to the point. He of course said he had to be mum in certain area's. My friend said sounds like the real deal and did a short DD, basically once Audit completed a merger is certain. JT down to earth no BS. PS I also feel like a jerk for judging JT when I never even knew the man.
