How is any of this manus fault? Jake was part of seven arts entertainment which aquired big jake music for 5 million $ in stock in 2011 even though it was worth nothing then in 2012 sapx got the rights to yellow which were then given to manu and jake then joined medient in 2012 as the president of corporate finance. He was the only member of the team who knew about the securitys market and probably hooked manu up with the shell for mdnt and he went to not so friendly financiers which led to shareholder destruction and then he went behind mdnt shareholders backs leading them to think it would be unsuspended.
