Thanks for the welcome! I'll try to hit all the questions. Yes, as I mentioned, I'm new to this board. I found it in the course of DD on a number of different stocks. I am in the US and trade on the thinkorswim platform. Mainly options, but I do have about 100mm shares in about 5 different stocks. I'm a technical trader, however, with trades like this, you can pretty much throw technicals out the window. We just need some news.
I'm in this stock because I believe it to be undervalued at present. There are LOADS of other stocks that are trading much higher for no reason. They are defunct, have 0 income, 0 assets, etc. This company does have a significant revenue stream (for a stock at .0001), with possible mergers/acquisitions, 10q coming, etc. I'm hoping that we get a good outlook from the fins.
Things that worry me... Why have 100s of millions of shares sold for .0001? Also, an RS would suck as well. Having said that, I believe the reward is worth the risk at this point.
