because its a HIDDEN GEM????????

because SHORTERS ( the best PENNY scam story of them all ) are bringing it down?????

because smart investors sell a stock destined for 10 cents?????

because great stock traders have no patience for a fundamentally sound company to blossom????

NO TO ALL OF THE ABOVE……….

after 10 PR's and at least 5 other well planted, PAID for advertisements with stock touting "research" promotional companies………I can assure you,,,,,its not "hidden" at all

the WHY is that this in nothing but a shell of a company……

if INCC has 2 well educated business operators and an experienced MJ consultant on board since Aug 2014……WHY have they not done ANY deals to begin the MJ business????

all we see is EXCUSES to justify a company claimed DELAY……

this is PENNY playbook 101…………
