Been close to a Year now and the stock has not been delisted, perhaps they can eventually get things worked out. Note the SEC has backed off suspending the Cannabis Companies and I still believe initially the or someone in power at the SEC had a Boner on for this segment of the market.

I know I have witnessed many pink sheet so called Cannabis companies just totally pump and dump with nothing as far as product in the last year

Maybe I am just hoping for too much :)
