Great 8-K news! FWDG making definite progress in distribution of first traunche of FutureLand dividends. Showing progress in doing exactly what they stated they would do in earlier 8-K. Very curious as to negative market reaction?? Investors need to read the 8-K to know that the RS is for the shell we are merging FutureLand into. Definitely positive news for $FWDG shareholders. IMHO
