Sounds like they are doing the right thing by getting Huge involved. They have done wonders for other companies in the past but I can't seem to follow the money or the stock issuances.

Looks like filings say:
Tangiers Investment Group holds 166,666,666
Magna Asset Services, Ltd holds 168,181,819
for a total of 334,848,485 just from these two entities.

But per the 10Q only 331,077,877 shares outstanding.

KBM can convert to get 320 million or more

and all this was when the A/S was 500M

No wonder they needed to increase to 5 billion.
