daddeo ,

"Who owns "vast" movie collection supposedly worth "a billion", TMM or QTN? Its makes a difference since QTN is a seperate company in bankruptcy and TMM assets can't be touched by QTN creditors. The same applies to other assets of TMM. QBID=TMM not QTN. QTN was just one of TMM's assets."

Ironically it was fisty on RB that pounded that into our heads .
I can't say I'm comfortable with Fans handling of this so far but , QTN's separate status from TMM certainly leaves the door open for another chapter .
It would have been a wiser road IMO to bail QTN out of its financial obligations and resume a killer comeback due to the "belief" shown by Fan and his "partners" .
[IMO the stock would have soared]
As I have posted , by BKing QTN you have a 2 edged sword , ditching debt/obligations , and in doing THAT you lose any positive sentiment in QTN going forward . Branding , carriage , co-operation , and the rest , , , lost .

So , here we sit looking for a needle of hope in the haystack .
We all have sat and watched this thing deteriorate piece by piece and have all posted our thoughts .
To date , I think ANY ONE OF US could have run this thing down in like fashion . And some of us just might have made a silk purse out of it .
