payperview, have you ever considered that with all your effort in contacting these folks that you say you did (your word), that there is nothing there? If something was, they would look into it. As to the IRS I find it very hard to believe, considering my experience with the IRS, that they gave you any information since they don't answer their phones, or if they do they do not reply to any third party enguires. If they are investigating a concern you brought to their attention (somehow), they do not give out any information about this activity ever to anyone unless they were to take any action, and only to the one they are taking action too, but surely not you. So my friend, be honest here and stop standing on a prefabricated soap box.
