Only problem is they changed the A/S from 500 Million to 4 Billion on April 9, 2015. And that is not reflected in the current OTC information: http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=10618041

If it had been 500 Million, the pps would be at .002 plus right now. And now VFIN is diluting at the ASK.
