I am sure he is turning it around but this is a huge oil tanker in an ocean not a little skiff in a harbor.
Things will take time and he needs more cash in order to do it - assuming revenues are growing and gross margins being made he has to address the corporate overheads of 4 companies.

You cannot just fire people in the UK and elsewhere unlike the USA.

If he can reduce corporate overhead by half this year and generate the same in gross margins by the end of the year or Q1 next year they are breaking even it will be an amazing feat of leadership.

However they need probably $100m more in loans or other sources to get there.

The market should be valuing the company based on current shape of the business as he hasn't even mentioned the strategy to get the business right and that means more downside more dilution or at least more convertible debt. in 6 months when you can see improvements towards what I describe above then the market should start to be optimistic about the company.
