UN Lucky.

I understand how you feel! I felt the same way, but when I read the email from the NEW COMPANY saying they had no obligation to pay the series C certs but Peter insisted they do so to protect the investors, says a lot to me,, he guaranteed I make a lot of money on this investment, I have over 150K C shares so I am grateful he had the integrity to make sure we were paid.
