Hi Jack! No, the only folks that can order an audit are officers of the company or creditors through a court order. An 'outside investor' (like us) cannot.

Not surprised Fan made himself scarce. There's nothing for him to do there, the company is defunct. But thanks for the info and please keep us informed when you hear things.
