Every Development stage company on pinkie land promises moon, but then one
needs to separate few genuine ones, even that is a hard job as several
white collared con artists just take you for ride showing they are sincere
I have done some deep study in MCGI and contacted few close to the
company, it seems the company has really done some decent work for the
last few years coming to this stage with very little dilution, well all
penny stocks raise toxic finance as big banks and investors don’t lend
them money, but the recent 8K shows the company’s honesty in protecting
the share holders wealth and valuation of the company.

Well they surely have raised debt and all these Wall Street sharks like
Asher and others are spiral death they sign the convertibles in such a way
that they hammer the stock down to get more shares bases on their signing
terms and I feel that was the reason for the stock to fall down.

With the launches of ios and android apps the company has taken a step
forward in getting attention smell may be in coming six months once they
show some decent revenues this company might attract the social media VC’s
and then once big ticket funding comes then just imagine what could happen
Even if that does not happen if they start generating revenues that would
be enough o wipe out the accumulated losses which is just 1.2 million USD
as per the last 10Q, i feel with recent dilution and conversion of the
note the outstanding shares count is not updated but I am sure it might be
now somewhere around say 150 million shares and that by any standards is
very low.

This is a long shot and long term investment like VKNG which I invested at
0.005 and sold for 1.1$ but after holding for two years was the one who
bough heavy yesterday and intend to hold for at least two years no matter
even if it falls to trips will add more.
