One thing here is clear

This Company has secured a type of financing you just dont find in the OTC....

Once the remaining bits of the notes convert, thats it for the foreseeable future and we can all agree this is going to be a good year for ECIG's growth and a Year of growth coupled with No dilution = $$$$$$
