Being in default is not hurting this stock. An a/s of 14 billion and o/s of 8 billion is. But and this is a big but, why stop at 8 billion if you could easily go to 14 billion. Makes no sense. Either he is saving the extra billions for a rainy day or he stop cause he got what he needed.

And I believe most of the ask is note holders still, but I could be wrong. Those 50million buys the other day could have very well been a note holder buying his own shares to try and stir up some action. Got to remember, these guys got there shares 0.000045 or somewhere around there depending on the terms.
