Your opinion. I see him at major events speaking to industry leaders. If you call that promotion, so be it. The SEC suspended nothing he is involved in. Youtube is very old and I can show you, as everyone knows, many more recent video clips. Just go to all the vidoes on his FB page. He is speaking on Foxbusiness news and other major channels as an expert. He is invited to speak on TV and had his own TV show as well.
Everyone else sees his tremendous background and experience.
His FB and website and internet and Twitter shows a Who's who of major investment people, celebrities, business people and politicians.
