The terms of the convertibles are quite clear. The company has the option on a monthly basis to pay back the principal amount in cash or issue shares. So far all indications from filings show IVFH has made cash payments. I dont see that an issue.
The company is certainly quiet for reasons. Your right we have a unique situation . Most all pinks use news stories to pump and dump their stock. IVFH appears to not want to start with news until they can maintain the increase in share price. I am quite confident they have enough going for them to significantly increase this share price. The question is when! Keep in mind dealings with Disney and a new manufacturing company coming on board I would think some know ( on the outside of the company) whats happening with IVFH. I bet those are the main buyers at this time.

I truely see this stock heading into the teens quickly mabe on the first or second pr. There will be many pr's when they start. Everyone knows that. So the first one will be big not so much for what may be in it but we all know allot more will flow so people will get in and stay in
