Nice! It's good to hear what people are going to do with their growing pile of money. The universe is a vacuum. If you create a space, the space wants to fill. We just need to stop the Treasury from sucking the life out of these GSE's! :) I thought Johnson told Watt, if congress can't decide on reform to get together with Lew about release? Isn't 6 months later a good benchmark? What's holding Watt back now? He needs to tell Lew to stop the sweep (and Lew needs to do it!) and release.
